Not exactly as per rehab protocol, but it just felt so light. Few more reps in there on both, i dont think i was being a cowboy in terms of the shoulder rehab.

hehe, guys, i am moonwalking around the flat at the moment, i was so happy it felt so light Grin

Then again, all my deadlifting has felt light - mainly because it has been light so far...

c**tles - aye that is the heaviest, but should be light eh. Pressing strength is gone, need to build it back patiently and slowly.

You'd put 100kg OH on a bar tomorrow. What's your best push press? In terms of % you're not a million miles away. Slow and steady wins the race mate.

need to revise my Plan, but i dont think i need to be deadlifting heavy often anyway, just need to up the game with the squats...

yeah man - not sure about 100kg - maybe. I dont do much push pressing, kind of forgot how to do it proper, what i do is a weak arse power jerk, and the second dip is really really tiny, but just comes as a reflex now.

best was 130 - so i am fair bit away from that Grin

Now when i press if it becomes a grinder i usually bail out immediately, which is why i dont think the numbers will increase any time soon.

Plan:

lots of light jerks, get that movement drilled.

start to introduce cleans.
