Member 3986, 10449 posts SQ 340, BP 200, DL 400940.0 kgs @ 129kgs Eq | 21.6.14 Warmed up Squats (back still hurting lol it'll go away eventually I'm sure) 20xlots 60x6 100x5 140x3 180x3 210x1 235x3 (fairly easy so jumped up abit) 240x2 fail 3rd (2nd rep was horrible f**ked it up completely which messed up the third, will get it soon) Pause squats 210x3 (rep PB I think) Sldl/sumo 70x5/5 110x3/3 150x3/3 Straps 190x2/2 220x1/1 Sumo 260x3 (rep PB) Sldl 250x3 (rep PB) Happy with those Paused front squats 95 3x5 just working on positioning Bit of ab wheel Done. Change of plan for comps, I'm not doing natty northerns as I really want to do sheffields strongest man and don't fancy doing three comps in one month. | ||

Weighed our log that we all knew weighed 65kg and it actually weighs 57, so all my PB's went to s**t lol Log 57 3x5 77x5 one motions 97x3 one motions 117x3 one motions 137 x2 clean and strict 157x1 push press (This is a 15kg PB as my old one was actually 142, didn't get it the first time but brought it back to shoulders and got it ok, bit more there if I get my line right) Yoke 180 x36 drop at 18 260x18 7.7s 260x18 7.3 260x18 6.6 260x18 6.6 260x36 into 40 yard hill sprint, ran back down and 10 body weight squats, sounded a lot easier than it was lol massive quad burn! Arm over arm 4 runs 15m with car Done. | ||
