Thanks Matt. I'm on elective now, then holiday. Will basically have almost 3 months of decent training hopefully. Ready to get back to PBville.

Back squats were pretty comfy actually. Happy to have not lost too much strength there over the past year. The front squats are PBs by default. This is only the first time pushing the FS for over 3 years, so it's essentially untrained. Finally able to hold it with a good clean grip; it's getting more comfortable to hold, but still difficult.

All the benching was tricky because my triceps are still so sore from Weds, I can barely straighten my arms.

Squats are feeling good! Annoyed the 180 was high, but it was fairly fast so will just work on depth next time. Really happy with the big front squat PB, was unexpected since the 120kg on friday was tough. I think it's mostly just getting used to holding the bar in this position, as my legs are strong enough to squat more.

Bench is pissing me off.

From yesterday, forgot to take my pre-workout ibuprofen. Everything felt 20kg heavier.

Felt much better than previous session, squatting felt good. Went out of line on the first rep of 130, then messed me up for the 2nd rep.

SLDL did not feel good at all. I've got some lower back/hip pain at the moment, more than ibuprofen is able to help. Wanted to get at least 5 reps of 140 and I thought this was a low starting weight, but it was difficult even for 3. The 10 reps of 110kg may have been a mistake, but I wanted to at least get some stimulation there.

Trying something new for OHP. These were all very easy, apart from the 60kg at the end.
