Have felt flu like all weekend, missed event training today and will be back on 5:3:1 deads this Tues or Wednesday. Expect some serious deadlifting!!! I want 270 before the end of June. | ||

Feel better for having trainned, not looking foreward to squats on Friday still got flu legs | ||
