Cheers, I seem to recoved very quickly, perhaps this is down to volume training?Or sub-maximal effort!

60k x 10 felt off, thought this was because Ive been using axel bar for 6 weeks
100k x 10
120k x 10 hurt my knees and hips, with hinsight was flu legs
Romainian DL
70k x 10

90k x 10 tempo 3:2:1
Seated calve raise rehab with 40k
10 x 4 sets
15 x 1 set
fininshed on a slow row 10: 1000mx 4:58.
Have felt flu like all weekend, missed event training today and will be back on 5:3:1 deads this Tues or Wednesday. Expect some serious deadlifting!!! I want 270 before the end of June.

212.5k x 4 belt on, felt rough didnt risk a 5th
Speed deadlift overhand belt/strapless:

Superset: 100k pendlay rows x 5 reps with glut ham raise x 5 reps with RC situps x 10 reps:
3 sets.
Feel better for having trainned, not looking foreward to squats on Friday still got flu legs

Terible session, didnt sleep last night, shoulder kept me awake and feel drainned:89.1k

225k x 2 ( first one beltless= big beltless pb, belted quickly for a double rep pb However, my 5-3-1 said I should have done 3+ so sad
Changed tactic, decided to just tick over and will not train until Satruday when Lloyd and I should be going to Liitlehampton for some event training.
