what do you like about the events being kept secret until 2 weeks before mate?

Basically if your strong enough, it wont matter what the events are. Last year, I had a mates stag do the night before and was proper crap! You should do it Carl, its only couple hours from you.

IMO, yes, if your strong, you should be able to do the events. BUT, if you have prior notice of events, moprew time to train them, get better at them, and therefore be a better comp for the competitors/spectators

Not a big fan of routine to be honest dude. The only rule is squat monday, dl thursday. Reps and weight are totally dependant on my mood everything else just falls in around.
