Like I've said in the past Joni I'm not a big fan of singles, because my left hip is a little locked I tend to roll my back near the bottom to get a decent depth. So I tend not to do singles for fear of injury. Hopefully when my hip gets sorted i'll up the weight and lower the reps.

aye fair enough mate - and squat is mainly an assistance lift in strongman, even if one of the most important ones.

When I hit 200 on the squat I will. Anything under 200 is 0 anyways in my book Grin

Not counting the DL from Sugden as a pb. My 600 was raw and unhitched. The 290 was suited and hitched so doesn't count in my eyes.

good to see some sled drag work. We did a few sessions with it, and nowdays we mainly talk about those sessions instead of actually doing it Grin

15deg in sunny Devon, bit much considering how cold it's been.

I love the sled drag Joni, gives the legs a real canning. We don't do it enough I reckon.
