Like I've said in the past Joni I'm not a big fan of singles, because my left hip is a little locked I tend to roll my back near the bottom to get a decent depth. So I tend not to do singles for fear of injury. Hopefully when my hip gets sorted i'll up the weight and lower the reps. | ||

Anything under 200 is 0 anyways in my book Not counting the DL from Sugden as a pb. My 600 was raw and unhitched. The 290 was suited and hitched so doesn't count in my eyes. | ||
