Short due to the squat rack being used by the gay body builders doing heavy shrugs in it (using the only straigh bar!!!). Oh and some old dude complained to staff about the length of time we have the rack for, the guy in question has never squatted in it! 5 of us used it and took 45 minutes, I don't think that's unreasonable. Rant Over

Haha, ah yes, standard, a squat rack used for crazy exercises more than used for squats!!!

We avoided the busy busy busy time today, but then again, we have nothing else going on in our days anyhow!!

BDFPA comp at the end of the month and need to shift at least 8lb to be safe, not going to go mental just add a bit of cardio to each sesh and stop eating as much crap.
