Was a little upset the squat was such hard work, and I was quite aware my form was s**t. I did have a niggle, which I woke up with this morning and it knocked my confidence. Also think I may have adopted a more narrow stance by accident. Anyways it’s something to keep an eye on next week when I try again for 4 sets.
