It only rarely works that way because most people don't have it in them to push themselves but Tom obviously can push himself much more than most. I don't know if others agree but i personally think he's one of a few that could be the strongest ever if he filled his frame out.

Well let's see, so far today I've had a gallon of whole milk, some of it with whey mixed in.

2kg of poverty edition rice pudding.

half a kilo of pasta (before cooking)

And now I'm wondering what to have for some sort of "evening meal" that won't cripple my finances.

It's...far from ideal. But it IS a f**k load of calories.

Oh I've been a bit naughty and had 6 croissants as well, £1 for 1000 calories is about where I'm hanging out most of the time.

Try things like peanut butter and jam, cheese, cake etc you will gain way easier and is not expensive. Also if you are getting a load of calories daily an not gaining much, try having very low calories for a couple days of the week to slow your metabolism.

Why don't you have any money?

I did a quick count up and I've had roughly 7000 calories already today, for about £4.50

If anyone can improve on that, feel free....

This idea probably has merit if we take into account the following;

Assumption #1: Tom must have juicy glutes from all the squatting and pulling.
Assumption #2: There must be somebody willing to pay to touch them.

If anyone can improve on that, feel free....

Bag of tesco value cheese, two jars of peanut butter, jar of mixed fruit jam, tin of baked beans, loaf of tesco wholemeal - almost a full 1k more calories and 15p cheaper.

Again, why don't you have any money? You at uni maybe? I might give you some.

Not bad!

I have a s**t job and live on my own with a lot of expenses.

I just paid £40 for gbpf membership. £40 is never spare cash so something now has to suffer.

Having said that I gained 1.5kg in 2 weeks, I don't think I'm doing bad Happy
