Member 958, 11411 posts SQ 410, BP 215, DL 425 1050.0 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq	Then today Squat warmup 70 90 110 130 150 170 190 201.5 x 5 201.5 x 5 201.5 x 5 (77.5%) These were stiff and slow, hard to get moving properly after the squads (plus 10 hours of driving) Bench (TnG) warmup 60 100 140 160 170 - easiest 170 in a while! 150kg x 5 - wanted to do this again for ages now.

Deadlift 120 170 220 270 305 325kg - much easier, picking up momentum again now. 340+ soon enough... Bench TnG bar 60 100 140 160 173 180kg - biggest bench without elbow sleeves, and lightest I've been for 180kg (89kg morning weight... )
