Was just gonna do log tonight but we'd put 140 on axle for my mates to deadlift and one of them asked me if I could press it, I said there's only one way to find out! Tongue

140x1 (5kg PB clean was s**t as I haven't done heavy continentals since January)
140x2 (1 clean, clean was way better this time. Rep PB)

Then I rolled my calves which are killing.
