Hello everyone,

I am 29 years old and from the netherlands, i am training for 11 years right now but doing powerlifting since 2010.

My stats are

BP 132,5 always my weakest point
SQ 220
DL 285
MP 100
PP 115
Incline bench 120

Height 182 cm
weight 127 KG
