This felt nice and not too hard 10kg PB) My mate said he was gonna video it but afterwards he said he forgot which was abit annoying! Done. | ||

Rep PB) Then I rolled my calves which are killing. Done. | ||

Your meant to use 80% though which is 184 so I probably shouldn't blame the program) Pause squats 180 4x4 (last set of these was almost perfect, completely upright for the first 3 reps but had to use lower back for the last rep) Sumo deadlifts 60x6 100x3 140x3 180x3 220xfail (DOH with this almost locked it out but grip went) Straps 220x1 240x3 (10kg PB) Sldl 100x5 140x5 160x5 Straps 200x5 (10kg PB) My lower back seems to have died hopefully it'll return soon! | ||
