Topped the record board of strict press at the crossfit gym thats been open 1 week, very proud moment | ||

Fly's 7.5's xloads trying to stretch pecs 7.5's x20 superset 22's press just bottom half of press Wide grip press ups Bw 3x12, 1x20 Wide grip bench 60x20,20, 15 rest pause 5 Done, hopefully strengthening my pecs should get my bench moving. | ||

Warmed up Snatch 40x3, x3 50x3 60x3 65x3 70x3 75x3 82xfail (f**king concentrate) 82x3 (better, rep PB) Clean and jerk 60x5 Jack Oliver was doing heavy clean and jerks at this point so instead of doing doubles I went for a max to try and beat him 80x3 100x2 120x1 130x1 140x1 150xclean fail jerk (gutted, jerk was up I just lost balance and dropped it 5kg clean PB) Front squats 70x6 90x5 110x3 140x2 160x1 185x2 (messed timing up on second rep so sat in the hole too long, then the bar started rolling off my shoulder so had to rack it) Deadlift 90x5 130x3 150x2 Straps 200x1 Belt 230x1 255x3 (left it there, legs were tired) Done.
