Log work is work in progress, its not the weight as such, the technique is my main issue, get that nailed I have 110+ there I think. | ||

To be fair I ripped it from the floor and it flew to my knees but I was not 100% commited to the lit I don't think and form was not spot on and despite fighting with it failed the lift. I definitely think on a better day I have it now though so pretty pleased. The grunt work of triples with 227.5kg was tough as hell and beat me up well, decent graft. Stupidly I then added some more volume with reverse bands. Finished off with barbell static holds for time, sandbag holds for time, ab wheel work and some poundstone abs. Not bad for 4th day in a row, pressing again tomorrow - strict overhead and bench then squats and SLDL on Thursday then holidays Friday | ||
