Best exercises for strongman core??????

Strongmen don't have strong cores, they just have fat around that area.

You could be a cheater and buy some meal replacements to help get bulky, but no one wants to look bulky.

I was looking into planks to help fix my pelvic tilt and also was advised by my doctor to do them to strengthen my abs as I have a little umbilical hernia, those that do planks do you do them everyday little and often or a couple of times a week?

If you have unstable of weak shoulder joints they could be quite difficult

At least until the issue resolves itself
