Did something weird to my right knee on Monday, it's been painful since. f**ked me off as I was chatting when did it and not training!! Anyway it was feeling ok today, just a little sore/stiff so went to train.

Trained at Ralls this evening.

Warmed up well, knee felt OK squatting BW..

Squats

110 x 5
Belt on
140 x 5
Suit on, straps down

Straps up, wraps on
180 x 2
200 x 2
220 x 2 PB

Knee felt fine thankfully, I left my sleeves on under the wraps for extra support. The 220x2 was easy, left more in tank, maybe 4 there but didn't want to push it. Technically a PB as not rep'd over 210 before Happy

Trained tonight at X4L Leeds. I'm starting to f**king hate this gym, it was like a zoo in there again.

I wanted to start with bench but both were in use by tards, luckily a rack was free, as I had limited time...
