Log 35 x 10 70 x 4 85 x 2 PB - with proper log 85 x 2 95 x F 95 x F 70 x 5 PB Sled/Tire Drag First time trying a drag 260kg x 15m 260kg x 15m Hard work but felt really good, lost grip with trainers a few times, but there was also water on the floor coming out of the tyre which didn't help. I'm going to purchase some cheap rock climbing shoes very shortly... Viking Press Again first time with this 25 x 10 50 x 10 90 x 5 130 x 2 130 x 2 - very nearly 3... 150 x F - nearly Enjoyed these, could get some real leg drive Monster DB A few quick ones to finish off.. 53 x 1 PB - first time pressing the fat handled monster 53 x 1 70 x F 70 x F Finished there as closing time! Still had energy to do more! | ||

Worked 8 days in a row now and knackered, a late session didn't help! Squats All beltless tonight... 20 x 10 20 x 10 60 x 10 100 x 6 140 x 5 - beltless PB Bench 20 x 10 20 x 10 60 x 5 90 x 5 110 x 4 PB 125 x 1 PB Very happy! Went up easily enough 130 x F - off the chest well then stalled 100 x 6 Deads Hand still sore after ripping off 2 calluses last Thurs 70 x 10 110 x 5 Straps.. 150 x 6 180 x 6 200 x 5 - probably a PB but was in straps, and not very impressive based on my max.. Finished there. Very tired, was after 9:30! | ||

Wraps off... 140 x 6 - to depth with Bryce checking, paused at bottom! 140 x 5 Farmers 60 x 20m 60 x 20m 100 x 20m 100 x 20m 100 hold for 30 secs 100 hold for 20 secs Happy with this as hands f**ked Yoke 170 x 20m 170 x 20m 210 x 20m 210 x 20m 250 x 20m 250 x 20m - all easy 18" Deads 200 x 3 240 x 2 280 x 1 300 x F - off the floor just.. First time with Deads from height, really need to work on these as this is very much the weak point of my deadlifting. Finished there. | ||

Keeping sessions relatively short and light this week as I've got my 2nd strongman comp on Sunday, apart from bench that is lol. I've still got my eye on my first powerlifting competition in October so I still need to work on my bench and my squat depth needs work. | ||

Log 35 x 5 35 x 5 50 x 5 70 x 6 - first rep one motioned strict! 85 x 2 - easy Duck Walk 50 x 30m (drop n turn @ 15m) 90 x 30m 130 x 30m 180 x 5 pick up and holds All above with no chalk 180 x 2 pick ups with chalk, felt good to go. 18" Deads - Big Tyres 200 x 2 240 x 2 290 x F 240 x 1 - didn't want to risk anymore! Finished there, spent the rest of the time watching Sob attempting to pull 300, goaded on by me, we weren't even going to deadlift! He beat my 280 though with a 290 grinder. Feel ready for Sunday now, legs are a little achy so gonna rest up. | ||
