You sure you are doing Kroc rows though? Aren't they supposed to be silly high reps per set (20+)?


Cheers mate.

He says to ramp up the weights and the last set is an all out max reps set, where he says aim for 20+. 20 was all I could manage...just! I didn't do this the first couple times.
