Bench 20 x 12 60 x 6 paused 80 x 5 paused 100 x 3 paused Ram on 110 x 5 paused 120 x 5 paused Shirt on 120 x 3 - 3 board 120 x 3 - 2 board 120 x 3 - 1 board 120 x 1 - chest - struggled to touch, weight too light Ram on 130 x 5 paused Raw 120 x 3 f**k me that was tough after yesterday, my last 120x3 tng was awfully weak lol Tricep Pushdowns 10 plates x 8 x 4 Wide Pullups BW (118kg) x 5 BW x 5 BW x 5 BW x 5 Then Macca laid down the challenge by adding 35kg to his 82kg BW with 4 chins... BW x 7 chins I don't think I did anything else then?! I was knackered. | ||

Deads Off 4" boards 75 x 5 125 x 5 175 x 8 175 x 8 175 x 8 Sumo (yes Sumo!) 125 x 5 175 x 3 205 x 1 225 x 1 PB I thought I'd give Sumo a try having never done it. I may be able to pull more this way since my weakness is the top of my lift and I'm strong with my legs.. we'll see | ||

Seated Row - Close Grip Stack.. 70 x 8 80 x 8 90 x 8 100 x 8 110 x 8 Got a stupid blister type thing extending from a callus from these f**kers Strict Press Waited ages for a rack as some fat guy was doing half squats with 100kg Beltless today 20 x 10 40 x 5 60 x 5 70 x 5 80 x 1 Happy to get 80 with no belt.
