I've been feeling ill all day, started last night. Went to work though so thought f**k it, if I'm well enough to work I'm well enough to train! Red bull and caffeine definitely made me feel better while it lasted.

Been ill most of this week with s**ts etc so haven't trained. Not been eating properly and lost a few lbs. Not had the time since feeling better either until today. My left knee is sore still after twisting it a few weeks ago so decided to rest squats as I left my belt at the gym on Monday so had to do without!

Trained early afternoon at Central Fitness, Birmingham, having not eaten much.

Not feeling it today. All felt heeeaavvvy so left it there. No spotter either and I don't like getting the bar off myself now!

Sumo Deadlift
Warmed up squatting bar etc

All beltless due to no belt

Briefs

These were tough and I could feel it in my back beltless. Thought I'd test my briefs on these see if they give anything but they didn't really. They feel too loose and big on me.

The weights always feel heavy here and one of the Olympus 20s has 23.5 written on it. Apparently that's the only one which weighs that?! Confused I'm not so sure.. If so my last sets were 188.5 and lopsided!!!!
