i'll be a f**king under 90 i bet :/ plus you got 12 years to wait yet i wonna do 4 commenwelth games and 3 olympics first Grin even then i'll have alot of catching up to do on mobility events..

Interesting that you deadlift Shaun. Opinion seems to be divided on the benefits of deadlifting for weightlifters. What's your take?

personally i think deadlift will help with speed off the floor and will also help for grip with snatch.. Thats just my veiw also its abit of a confidence thing like 3 month ago PB dl was 170 so if i hadn't of done it Clean n jerk 152 jerk 160 it would be abit out of ratio and i'de be under confident with heavier stuff thinking (s**t, this is a hard deadlift)

basically mark and kev write it down i do it and usually with them watching they do it awesomely they can tell usually just by body language what im good for on a given day. i wish i could help but i can't all i know is by end of the week i'm dead. so if you don't feel like that then you can usually train harder.. i do alot of assisstance lifts mainly for strength and speed not just comp lifts.
