doesnt really matter even if the s**ttyest session was 3 days out does it? Strength doesnt just go away like that, its the long term build up that matters.

mentally tough always though of course.

Historically before my best comps I would always fail a big deadlift the week before.

I failed 290 3 weeks on the bounce once before murdering 300 the following week at a comp.

thanks man.. i'll see if i can do it under pressure.. not worried just hope my technique is spot on 6/6 288 total win class 7 British records if it goes to plan

when i did a sheiko cycle which made me properly peak for once, i felt good 3 weeks out then s**t for the next 2 weeks, even the light last week then on the day everything was easy, you're at exactly the right stage.

I'm not sure, you're bro will know what you should be doing, i just wouldn't worry about your performance, someone showed me a graph based on a peaking cycle and theres supposed two peaks, first one 3 weeks out then a dip and even higher peak 3 weeks after, i'll try and hunt it down.

Overall i'm quite happy it averages out at 282.5kg total 2.5kg over what i need so i'm relativly happy i feel abit tired and few niggles come comp day when i'm frsh 282-290 i reckon kev thinks im good for 130 160 fresh and injury/niggle free i agree today i felt weak and still bangged some big weights which was pleasing its like i did everything well but no PB's happy bunny.. comp should be good
