Weird one tonight. I wanted 255kg 3x3 and was well on my way to getting that but as I set up for my third set a few clumps of ceiling fell down and hit my head. Only tiny bits like pebbles but completely f**ked the last set for me. So do I do 255kg 3x3 next session or go straight to 260kg?

Really s**t session today. A couple of the lads were telling me the gym owners were complaining to them about the noises and whatnot of the deadlifts in the gym which put me off before I even started. Lost my mojo before I even started. Itís obviously not a powerlifting or strength gym.
