Another 10 and a half weeks til I compete so around that time. I’d sneak a pb in the gym if I thought I could.

I’m really struggling to keep my body healthy at the moment though

Not with the shoulder mate. It's still terrible. I was supposed to bench tomorrow but I'm going to put it off another day lol.

I worked five 12 hour night shifts this week and finished my last one this morning so I was pretty tired going into this session. Overall I’m pleased with a 277.5kg double given the circumstances. Hopefully with a few days rest I can double 285kg on Wednesday

Notes

My adductor hasn’t felt right since I pulled it about 5 weeks ago. It was the same feeling again today. Like bubble wrap being popped in my leg. I think i’ll be all right in a couple of weeks but it’s another little set back. I’m not going to push squats not until it feels 100%. I was going for 4 reps on 262.5kg and the first one felt easy. I had 4 in there for sure if I didn’t hurt myself. I’m 9 weeks out from comp today. I’m staying positive but it’s rrally annoying me lately that I can’t seem to get through a training cycle without hurting myself
