I loved it mate. Itís very me. It was really expensive to do and eat anything but worth it for the experience I think. Iíll definitely be going back. I also went to visit Jon Pall Sigmarssonís grave. The Icelanders say if you go to his grave youíll receive some of his power

400mg ibuprofen and a codeine. I only had 3 days in between bench sessions and shoulder didnít feel ready. 8 days until I bench again so I wonít need as much next week

Notes

Adductor doesnít feel 100% on squat. It feels fine on deadís. Iíve cut the volume from 5x5 to 3x5 on squats as a result. If it doesnít subside I will take a break from squats altogether as I want to really push my deadlift on this year. No pain in it though

Worked up to 140kg on bench press but it wasnít feeling great. It felt too heavy for 140 so I called it a day there and decided to come back later in the week and try again, rather than just push through which is what I usually do
