By the way, i have always listened to other peoples idea's on grip training and have tried loads of different training methods regardless of how strong the person was. It's always good to keep an open mind no matter what level you are at.

Honestly clegg would probably benefit a lot from this, he would get injured far less and be jacked to f**k, could prob bench and squat the planet after 3 years bodybuilding training.
It's a lot harder work than doing 6 sets of 1 though so am thinking he prob hate it.

Fuxk you mark
370 dead at 105
Probably do 470@90 if you did some rows

I've heard elephants can be dicks. One of my biology teachers at school used to be heavily involved in helping African farmers in his youth and such. He used to despise when these middle aged women would have save the elephants campaigns on the ground that an elephant can and often do destroy a years worth of crop in several minutes.

To be honest im not sure what my opinion on them is. I think I am probably neutral towards them but if they're f**king up peoples hard earnt living, they're not OK in my.book

I was gonna say "Keep my f**king name out of this argument".

Wildlife crime takes many forms, some of which involve extreme cruelty.
The main wildlife issues we are actively involved in combating include:
•Destruction of wildlife habitats
•Illegal trapping, shooting, snaring or poisoning of birds or animals
•Badger digging/baiting
•Poaching of deer, game or fish
•Collecting wild birds' eggs
•Theft of wild plants
•Illegal international trade in wildlife

I don't think there are many elephants in Warrington, but it makes you think.

One of the reasons yes. Main reason would be a decade of hard work.

How do you think you'd handle this bad boy with your grip of undeniability Paul?

Also, who's your favourite all time martial artist?

Timo is a strong guy yeah, better than me at blobs but not otherwise, has crazy big hands. Followed him for years.

As in mma or all martial arts? If just any form of martial arts maybe rocky marciano. Was fighting world champions that had 50lb's on him, taking everything they had then knocking them out.
