Pizza challenge has been cancelled. Member 3784, 359 posts | Ok luke how can i get my deads up ? Deficit level from feet to bar i barely get 140 up Regular 240 18 inch 340 If i get a deadlift to my knees i normally am succesful If anybody else can advise me id be greatful | ||

I read somewhere that just off the floor is the "right" place to struggle with deads... That it generally indicates solid techinque and the answer is probably more normal deads and generally getting stronger, as there is no specific weakness to address. I think it may have been in one of Mike Tuchscherer's articles. | ||
