Last session for a while, just messing about. 99kg BW Clean and jerk up to 100 for a single. Jerk was hard. Clean pulls on 110 Deadlift up to 180, failed 190 off floor. Weeaaakk. Happy Chinese New Year | |||

Felt really rough again today, sleep been bad the last few days. Not gonna be able to train much over the next month so just went for singles today for a bit of a change. Have a month off for Chinese New Year so going travelling. 99kg BW Back squats Just went up to a single on 142.5 with a belt. Felt ok really, probably had 147.5 in me today. BTN Push press 80x2 85 90 93 - F 93 PB first proper 1RM PB on anything since about May last year or something lol. Was a toughie. Chinups 6 6 6 2 | |||

100kg BW Felt like a bus had hit me today. Warming up was horrid. Power snatch + snatch Went up to 1 set on 64, then failed the next two sets, both on the power snatch (didn't attempt full snatch). Then just tried to do a full snatch with it, failed it. Got it on 2nd attempt. Failed 68 snatch then got it on the second attempt. Did some snatch pulls on 80 but they were basically deadlifts as they were so slow. Nothing in the tank today :S oh well, squats are the priority. Sessions like this are to be expected. | |||

Snuck another session in yesterday. Down to 97kg BW Snatch 70 75 - F 75 80 82 C&J 80 87 92 97 this one felt great 102 Taiwan PB 105 TW PB no idea where that came from. Cleans felt really good, was pulling it high and not caving at all, apart from on the last two. Tough standing up with the 105 Back squats legs screwed at this point 100x5 105x5 110x3 lol no training until Tuesday, then routine will resume. |
