Thanks mate,squats are coming along. I think Good Mornings (done strict) have a big carryover to deadlifts and squats imo. Maybe give them another go?? | ||

Shall hopefully be training 5 x a week now,but with less volume. Monday 13/2/12 Raw Squat Bar x 10 60Kg x 8 100Kg x 6 120Kg x 3 140Kg x 2 160Kg x 1 (Belt) 180Kg x 5 Had to push a little harder than I would have liked for this. Band pull thrs 3 sets of 24 reps Back raises X 10 +10Kg x 10 +20Kg x 10 x 3 sets Situps X 10 + 10kg x 12 x 2 sets Easy peezy. More tomorrow | ||
