i noticed good morings in some of ur workouts do you find them very helpful i tried them before but never reall found any benefit?

Thanks mate,squats are coming along.
I think Good Mornings (done strict) have a big carryover to deadlifts and squats imo. Maybe give them another go??

Just the usual assistance stuff this afternoon. Won't bother putting reps or weights in because 1) it doesn't matter, 2)no one cares and 3) I can't be bothered any more.

Neck raises x lots
Calf raises x even more
Back raises and situps
Finished with plate pinching.

Slowly increasing the freaquency of my training. Shall hopefully be training 5 x a week now,but with less volume.

Legs feeling pretty tight and a little sore so these weren't easy.

Shall ramp up to a set of 5 next time. Could have gotten more but ned to keep reminding mysellf to hold back a little or the freaquency combined with too much volume will kill me!!
