Not sure beef. May have a go next week,but i'm not expecting much yet. I could see myself getting a deadlift p.b once my squat has improved some more, so maybe a couple of months until anything exciting happeneds.

Quads and hamstrings feel like jelly today. Also think i'm coming down with that cold virus that the whole world seems to have at the moment. Oh well, the neck training MUST go on!

Howdy martin! You seem to do a massive amount of training. Ever though of dropping some of the variety and focusing on a few lifts?

Hey byrce! When you starting your new training log?
I only really work hard on squats,dips,push press and good mornings. Everything else is just the fluff so it's not as varied as it looks. Although, i have been thinking about squating 3/4 times a week and throwing in a bit of pressing here and there. I'll see how this shizzle goes for now.

Training log is on hold as I cant be arsed/dont see the point. Grin

Just remember that fluff aint always good (Paretos law: 80% of results come from 20% of the work)

My training is moslty made up of fluff so i'm pretty much f**ked then Unhappy

LOL, now youve sold me a lot more on the idea of a journal - at least it would have a use!

Fluff is plenty fun but can distract from the main lifts (at least for me).
