Don't usualy like am training sessions,but doing it this way gives me a good couple more hours sleep at night so it may be worth it in the long run. Raw Squat Bar x 10 x 2 60Kg x 8 100Kg x 6 130Kg x 3 158Kg x 5 x 5 Push Press 40Kg x 5 60Kg x 5 70Kg x 5 80Kg x 5 90Kg x 4 failed the 5th. Shouldn't be a problem next week Strict Rows 60Kg x 5 80Kg x 5 95Kg x 5 105Kg x 5 Finished with some situps. Am thinking of working in some sled pulling,foam rolling and stretching (not all at the same time) at some point soon. | ||

Sled pulling will begin again on sat and sunday,unless i'm squating on monday in which i'll only do sled pulling on saturday. CGBP Bar x 10 40Kg x 8 60Kg x 6 80Kg x 3 100Kg x 5 x 5 Dumbell clean and press 10Kg x 10 20Kg x 8 x 3 Have always found these hard! I'll be sled pulling on the playing field tomorrow morning so I wont get hassled by passers by like I used to when I had to do it in a mecca bingo car park. | ||

Sled was probably a bit heavy as I had to stop a couple of times on the backward runs. | ||

And defo my fav type of conditioning! The daily max squating was pretty tough!! Sunday am Sled Pulling 20Kg on the sled today. Did 10 runs of 100 meters (5 forward,5 backward). Much better weight selection as I didn't have to stop during each backward run. | ||

Rather you than me Thought i'd try 50 meter runs today and actualy found them much better. I could pull a bit faster,with no rest inbetween the runs and with a little bit more weight. Shall stick to this for the time being :-) Saturday 21/7/12 am Sled pulling. 10 runs (5 forward,5 backward) of 50 meters with 30kg on the sled. | ||

I'm aiming for a 100kg clean and strict press now.
