May try some deadlifting tomorrow. Not expecting much,but hopeing to have atlleast not lost any strength.

Have been feeling pretty run down all day with a cold and nearly sacked off training in favour of lying on the sofa reading,but it's been about 6 weeks since I last deadlifted,and the urge was too great!! I wasn't expecting much,but I was pleasently suprised.

Very happy with that. Was pretty fast off the floor and felt I had another rep left

Squats

That's it,short and sweet. Got a very early start tommorrow so kept things to a minimun. It's early days with this type of training,but so far it's working well.

Cheer's mate. With the doms i'm suffering with today, i'm in no rush to deadlift again soon though.

Had a really nasty pain in my chest/shoulder during these and I knew trying to push through it today would only make it worse. I've been getting this pain for the past couple of weeks and it's been gradually getting worse.
