Epson baths defo help. I used to use a couple of handfulls per bath. Recently i've been using the radox muscle soak bath salts and there just as good (and cheaper)!!

I would recommend them to you,but as you take at least 9 days rest between each session it's not really worth it.

Been a while since i've done a 20 rep set,but really wanted to give it a go today. Very hard,but a lot easier than it used to be. Legs are feeling pretty much battered everyday but i'm still able to squat a near max every session. Hope it continues to go this well!!

Cheer's Ste! Although the fronties are pretty tough on the knees so i'm thinking of switching them for saftey squat bar squats.

Was feeling a little stiff and sore today so I thought i'd do some light work to get the blood flowing
