Because I would get absolutley battered mate! Just focusing on squats at the mo and trying my hand at daily max training. If it works ok,i may tailor it to suit a comp,but for the moment i'm keeping things simple.

Not anymore mate. Pretty much have carbs with each meal now (from rice,fruit,veg wholemeal bread and wraps).
I've found when you're training full body workouts 5 x a week,it doesn't really matter what you eat, as i havn't put on a pound but somehow look leaner???

Mega busy week this week, due to messed up shifts at work,being tuped over to a different company,and going for an job interview on thursday means that squating 5x aweek is a no no. Plus my knee and back hurrts a little Unhappy
