Knew i had it today,and possibly more there. The 10 sets after were very hard work though. Wore my Adidas today and found them much more stable than my Do-Wins. Still prefer the Do-Wins for squating though Wide Grip Pullups B.W x 10 +20kg x 8 x 5 sets Dumbell Bench Press 20kg x 10 30kg x 6 40kg x 3 46kg x 5 x 3 sets Standing Band Crunches Black and blue band x 20 x 2 sets Happy Days!! | ||
