Noticed on watching the vid that I'm not getting the hips down as far as normal at the start of my pulls. Think this was causing a even harder than usual lockout.

Think this was down to tight hammies from squats the other day. Going to really sink the f**king hips next week.

I use nose torque from strengthshop.
