Bench:

50 kg x 5
70 kg x 5
90 kg x 5

107.5 kg x 5
107.5 kg x 5
107.5 kg x 5 = PB
107.5 kg x 3 (I did 2 more reps but the spotter touched the bar)

Asked one of the PT's who was training himself to spot me, he kept handling the bar on the last 2 reps. He then had the cheek to tell me not to bounce the bar off my chest, when on his benching earlier he was about 6 inches away from the chest!

Squat:

Was supposed to do 182.5 x 5, but decided to go for 200 instead. I was mistaken Grin

70 kg x 5
100 kg x 5
130 kg x 5
150 kg x 2
170 kg x 1
185 kg x 1

200 kg x fail
200 kg x fail

Second attempt was better than the first.

Seated smith machine lockouts:

35 kg x 5
55 kg x 5
75 kg x 5
85 kg x 5
95 kg x 5

Took the weight from lockout, and pressed it back up from the top of my hairline without pausing. Assumed the bar was 5 kg. These are definetly a keeper!

Pull ups:

BW x 10,6,7,6,6,6,5,4 (50 reps, short rest intervals)

2 hours

18" Deadlift:

70 kg x 5
70 kg x 5
120 kg x 5
170 kg x 5 doh

Add belt, add straps

220 kg x 9 PB (last 2 reps hitched)

More reps there if I wanted them

Power Clean:

60 kg x 2
80 kg x 2
90 kg x 2
95 kg x 2
100 kg x 1

Barbell Row:

60 kg x 8
70 kg x 8
75 kg x 8
80 kg x 8
80 kg x 8
85 kg x 8

Clean & Press:

40 kg x 20

Deadlift (T&G):

90 kg x 20
90 kg x 15

C & P:

40 kg x 15

Lungs on fire at this point

Chin ups:

BW x 8,8,8,8,7,6,5 (50 reps)

Haven't done this for a very long time. Pull up bar is quite thick here, so serves as grip training too Happy

Facepulls:

2 sets of 20 reps

1 hour 50

Thank you. I'm pulling my finger out a little, I don't want you overtaking me after your monster 500 lb pull Happy

Stomach was shredded (and not in the good way) from all the cleans, so was just a token effort on cleaning 116 really.

I know the feeling there! Axle cleans rip my belly apart lol

Yeah its pretty savage. Belt cleans on an oly bar are twice as bad though! Especially when it hits already bruised flesh
