Equipped Bench: 1 @95kg, paused 1 @100kg, paused 1 @102.5kg, paused 1 @102.5kg, paused, failed 105kg, couldn't budge it off the chest. The shirt felt weird around the triceps. 2 @100kg Bench Press: 3 x 10 @70kg 1 x 8 @70kg Deadlift: 1 @120kg 1 @140kg 1 @160kg, 170kg got stuck again. 1x2 @135kg 1x3 @135kg Chest Supported Rows: 5 x 8 @50kg Back to bent over rows after the British. They should help my deadlift. | ||
