Deadlift: 2 @125kg 2 @135kg 1 @150kg, failed 160kg, got it to my knees but it was offline and I'd have had to hitch it back in line. 2X5 @125kg Chest Supported Rows: 1X5 @50kg 1X5 @55kg 1X3 @60kg 2X5 @55kg Straps went up on the deadlift suit today. Kind of dissapointed with how it went. I wanted all the kgs, and only got some of them. I've got a few more session to tighten up technique so hopefully I'll be good for 160kg on the day. (would have prefered 180+ though.) | ||

Member 4091, 486 posts SQ 142.5, BP 90.5, DL 152.5385.5 kgs @ 56.7kgs UnEq | Squat: 1X5 @60kg 1X5 @90kg 1X3 @110kg 1X2 @125kg (suit bottoms & wraps) 1X2 @135kg (suit & wraps) 1 @150kg (suit & wraps) 1 @155kg (suit & wraps), had to attempt this twice due to hilarious suit/ upper back related failure. 1 @160kg (suit & wraps), "Hurr Durr do more weight Louise" fannies need to shut up and train more instead of getting all up in my business. 1X8 @120kg, (suit bottoms) 1X6 @120kg, (suit bottoms), I regret not forcing 8 on this though, upper back was going but I could have just reset on the last 2. Feet Up Bench Press: 3X8 @50kg, now is the time to start shooting for 60kg. Chest supported rows: 1X8 @52.5kg 2X7 @52.5kg 2X5 @52.5kg Things are falling into place nicely for the GBPF seniors. I'll get a good squat and bench press and a satisfactory deadlift. I also have some light bruising on my back from attempting to catch my squat failure, no pain even with pressure. Could have turned out worse if the spotters hadn't caught it. | ||
