I felt this, it's a problem I had at the worlds but the shirt made things 100x worse. It means the bar touches my chest at an angle and that the lift presses out at an angle too. I'm not getting my right shoulder set as tight as my left and I suspect I know why. I get intermittent problems in my right shoulder because of my bicep. When it happens I address the issue with shoulder mobility work which involves pulling the scapula back into a normal posture. It'll fix itself with mobility work and as I'm having no pain or shoulder collapsing on overhead stuff I'm good to keep going. funb said: Yip Happy And, what's the men's record? It's still the standard at 162.5kg. Wiegieboard said: Dem tights, yo. Good looking sessions especially the squats. Is it still baltic in there at this time of year? It started to get baltic a couple of weeks ago. I'm only just starting to remember to dress correctly for gym conditions.

Member 4091, 486 posts SQ 142.5, BP 90.5, DL 152.5385.5 kgs @ 56.7kgs UnEq | Thursday: Paused Squat (3 count): 3 @112.5kg Squat: 5 @112.5kg, 4x5 @105kg - the program calls for hitting what I did as my top paused set on volume. 112.5kg felt a bit grindy for that tonight. Bench (comp paused): 1 @75kg, f @80kg Paused Bench (3 count) 5x5 @60kg - I've started to get my unequipped line back Assistance: OH Squat, Bent Over Row and seated cable row. I really hate benching at the uni. Their bench isn't fixed so it wheels about when I drive through the floor, and it's too narrow to get my man shoulders set. It's also too high, which should be an advantage but it isn't.

Our gym has one fixed bench that's roughly competition height and isn't soft enough you could sleep on it... I sometimes wait longer for that than I do a rack, I hate the commercial benches that much!

I've said to the guys how great their benches are and that it's the main reason I'm there. They don't think their benches are that great. I did think about buying one for the house when strength shop has them on sale, but there's no space for it.
