Really liking the way you're progressing your deadlift. The higher set at the end show's how much power is there it's great.

The deadlifts are actually feeling fairly hard, but that's because I'm having to start with my hips higher rather than where they'd be for a clean or snatch.

Back in the suit for deadlifts next week.

Chest Supported Rows:

Had trouble getting my suit on, either it shrunk a little in the wash or my legs are getting bigger again.

Legs are also getting pretty mega. Too big to be a magical girl, need to move up the ranks to Chun Li mode.

Chins are a c**t don't worry.

Good squats again. Chun Li mode is leg god mode. If you started squatting wide stance I bet you could achieve Cammy mode which is the ultimate tier for dem hipz. The unstoppable combo era would begin.

I already squat wide stance, I think it's just a matter of bone structure. I still have the smallest hips in a gym full of men, just getting bigger legs now.

Le Saturday:

Equiped Bench:
2x3 @97.5kg
1x4 @97.5kg
2x3 @97.5kg

Bench Press:
1x5 @70kg
1x5 @75kg
3x5 @80kg, worst benching ever. I need to get this stable and consistent for the British classic.

Squat:
5x5 @100kg

Bent Over Row:
1x5 @50kg
3x4 @60kg

Chest Supported Row:
2x7 @50kg
3x5 @50kg
