This is not normal for seasonal eating. I'm doing so well. | ||

I got home at 9pm last night, and was back out at the gym again at 10:30am today. My legs actually held up ok but I think I wasn't there mentally, my jerks were all over the place again. | ||

On the bright side it's 3kg lighter than usual at Christmas and I am still within a reasonable margin for making 52kg for the Scottish Open (judo) at the end of January. | ||

Thursday: Paused Squat: 3x3 at 107.5kg - despite feeling wrecked managed to improve on keeping knees out Squat: 5x5 at 107.5kg Paused Bench: 70kg, 77.5kg, 82.5kg, 86kg - not getting my pauses called for me and feel I might be cutting them a bit on my own Long Pause Bench: 3x5 at 69kg, 5 at 65kg, 4 at 65kg - rushed these so inadequate rest between sets Assistance: bent over row and cable row Have some well dodge benching. | ||

I looked ripped as f**k for the morning that I lifted, but now I just look like any other female powerlifter. Slightly chubby and in need of less haribo dipped in nutella. | ||
