not particularly well educated Member 85, 10990 posts SQ 170, BP 130, DL 260560.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | operation reconstruct the squat started today ,probably not the best day to start it as it was pissing down with rain so i kept it short and sweet! squat 100k 5/5/5/5/5 power snatch bar x10/10/10 tried on 5 occasions to do an overhead squat and failed miserably kept s**tting out in case I fell over ,need to grow some balls and just go for it ! sit ups 40/40/40 | ||

Are you entering the East Midlands un-equipped next Feb? I'm hoping to do it at 110 kilos. Are you gonna come up to the Farm for one last session before we move? Shut down day is on December 21st which is why I am not going to be able to do the Adders comp as we will be moving equipment over that weekend. | ||

Thats a yes on both counts work permitting, between now and xmas is a very busy time for me ,but I'm hopefull of wangling an early finish atleast once ,is the entrance form for the east midlands unequipped up on the bwla web site? I'm going to start taking my training gear to work so if i get an early finish I can just head up to Northampton,any news about new premises? | ||

not particularly well educated Member 85, 10990 posts SQ 170, BP 130, DL 260560.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | I think green will do wonders for his figure its very slimming dont you know and red is just so last season! training didnt get home from work till 8 so kept it short and sweet : deadlift 180 4/4 pb for reps 2" platform 180 1/ failed 2nd about half a mm off the floor front squat work up to 105x1 for a new pb and something to aim for at the meet up as Id never done a max single front squat before! pretty pleased as its been a s**tty week at work,lots of long hours so to still hit pb's at deadlift has got to be good! | ||
