Unfortunatly, after opening on 290 in the deadlift, i felt a pain in my back when attempting the 305. Il live to fight another day! Still very enjoyable | ||

Nice to meet some new faces and see the old regulars. Fanny had 2 very close misses with 100k overhead both of them so close i thought he'd got them , he'll surely do it in the very near future. Shame for James injuring his back on the deadlift , otherwise he would surely have been in the mix for the top 3. big thanks to Matt Rouse for loading all day long and for Beefy for sorting out the goody bags. Well done to Abby for stepping up and doing her first comp on the spur of the moment i hope she enjoyed it and best of Luck to Sihoban at worlds strongest woman in 3 weeks time , lifted well within herself today under strict instructions from her coach but still looked very strong. next year no 3rd event just push and pull. | ||
