Still fatigued from earlier on this week so a nice light session today, nothing else to do today anyhoo Happy

Deadlift Speed Pulls
3 x 3 @ 70kg
3 x 3 @ 110kg
5 x 3 @ 140kg
Used a Hook Grip for the first time up to the 2nd set of 140'

Leg Press
High rep sets with the full stack focusing on pushing off with the heels

1 Arm Pulldowns
High reps/sets

Bicept/Hammer Curls
High reps/sets

Pressups
High reps/set

1 x 3 @ 200kg DOH grip & beltless

2,3,3,3,3 @ 220kg Alt grip & beltless

1 Handed Deadlift
1 x 3 @ 70kg
1 x 3 @ 90kg
1 x 1 @ 100kg
All done with both hands

CG Pulldowns
1 x 15 @ 10
1 x 15 @ 12
1 x 15 @ 14
1 x 12 @ 16

1 Arm DB Press
5 x 5 @ 35kg both arms

Rev Grip Shoulder Press (strict)
2 x 5 @ 60kg
5 x 5 @ 80kg

Finished off with some grip work

There is plenty of work kicking abour right now especially with service companies.
I am in the process of looking for a new job right now and have been offered a decent cash sum to join a particular company although i do have a almost 20 years experiance offshore.

Get your CV out, print it off on coloured paper so YOU stand out.
Keep on at any potential employers, can often be a case of right place at the right time.

1 x 10 @ 220kg all done beltless but with lift straps for the last 3 work sets

1 Hand Deadlift (sets for both sides)
1 x 3 @ 70kg
3 x 3 @ 90kg

Happy with tonights session after a full days graft, last set of ten partials to prove a point to some younger, bigger & chemically assisted gym users Tongue
