Im currently in Angola & likely to be rotating from here for a couple of years Will have to put up some pics of my training facility, it's different....
Have you been anywhere nice lately?

Thought you did some training @ Results as they have a log
The log @ Mastrick was made by Big Ron, weighs 60kg & has oly size loading pins only isssue is it's undersized (6-7" Dia) therefore is harder to get to the shoulder from the deck & a longer range of press but obviously no problems to an athlete of your ability Happy

Deadlift, 1 1/2" to 2" Defacit due to small OD plates
3 x 8 @ 60kg
2 x 5 @ 100kg
1 x 5 @ 130kg
1 x 5 @ 160kg
1 x 3 @ 180kg
1 x 3 @ 200kg all done lift straps only

CG Pulldowns
Sets of 10 reps going from 12 to 17 plates on the Lat Machine

Push Press
3 x 5 @ 60kg
1 x 3 @ 80kg
1 x 3 @ 90kg
1 x 3 @ 100kg
1 x 2 @ 110kg

Rev Grip Bench
5 x 5 @ 100kg

TBH am quite content with whats on the roof & there is a room downstairs in the house with CV equipment, it's defo better than trying to lift on a semi.

PS the 3rd pic down is where all the locals go for a s**te even some of the birds
