Darren Im currently in Angola & likely to be rotating from here for a couple of years Will have to put up some pics of my training facility, it's different.... Have you been anywhere nice lately? Thought you did some training @ Results as they have a log The log @ Mastrick was made by Big Ron, weighs 60kg & has oly size loading pins only isssue is it's undersized (6-7" Dia) therefore is harder to get to the shoulder from the deck & a longer range of press but obviously no problems to an athlete of your ability See you there sometime Eck | ||

TBH am quite content with whats on the roof & there is a room downstairs in the house with CV equipment, it's defo better than trying to lift on a semi. PS the 3rd pic down is where all the locals go for a s**te even some of the birds | ||
