Hello,

Not trained for nearly a year so thought I'd log what I do to keep a record. No plans to compete, just get a bit fitter and stronger before I hit the big 40, plus helping coach my mate before his first comp.

We'll see where I get to.....

Spoto Press is normal bench but stopping 2-3" short of your chest to keep constant tension on the pecs.

I don't consider myself as squatting until i'm at 200 x5!
