yup, 2 or 3 times. U105s north and england u105 final in 2011 (at willsan's dad's place), can't remember if you did salt ayre classic?

I'm looking forward to it too, I've no desire at moment to go for finals etc just wnat to do some comps i'll enjoy, even if i come last!

Hate running, but need to sort fitness out for rugby! No aim to run anything more than 2 or 3 miles but want to do it in about 20 minutes, that should be enough!
