Well somehow done my knee in, tried squatting last night and could barely do 160! f**k knows what but I hope it sorts itself out quick smart! Hand is also fooked, the one I broke years ago has started cramping after Chorleys comp! f**k sake.

Upto doctor magic hands Shane's place today in mongcaster with hixxy. Knee was fooked and yesterday was proper struggling, Shane floss ed! My knee, wow it works then hixx mong made me Work!!!!

Squats with wanky knee, tried Shane's voodoo but didn't have the rubber strap he used Eek managed enough to half train though
